Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vensoft LLC, which operates Vensofts. By creating a Vensofts account you agree to them.
The service
Vensofts drafts, schedules and publishes posts to social accounts you connect. You choose what is posted; on Autopilot you choose the rules and can pause at any time.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be allowed to promote every product you add, and to post on every account you connect.
- You are responsible for what is posted, and must follow each platform's rules, including the TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta Community Standards and YouTube Terms of Service.
- Disclose paid or promotional content where platforms require it. For TikTok, use the commercial content setting on each post.
- No spam, misleading claims, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
Availability
Platforms can change or limit their APIs. We will do our best to keep posting working but cannot guarantee any post's reach, approval or results.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform's rules.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
