Privacy Policy

Vensofts is a service of Vensoft LLC ("we", "us"). Vensofts writes and schedules social media posts for apps and websites you add, and publishes them to the accounts you connect. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your account: email address, name, and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
• Products you add: the public App Store, Google Play or website information for the links you enter (name, description, icons, screenshots).
• Connected social accounts: when you click Connect, the platform gives us an access token and basic profile details (account ID, name or username). We keep tokens on our servers only and use them only to do what you ask.
• Post results: views, likes, comments and shares for posts we published for you, and clicks on our tracked links (time, referring site and browser type; no IP addresses or cookies).
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer ID and plan, never your card details.

How we use platform data

• TikTok: we read your basic profile and posting settings (creator info) to show who you are posting as and which audiences you may choose, and we upload the photos or videos you approve. We do not read your followers, messages or other videos.
• Facebook and Instagram (Meta): we read the Pages and professional accounts you choose, publish posts you approve, and read insights for those posts.
• Threads: we publish threads you approve and read insights for them.
• YouTube: we upload Shorts you approve to the channel you choose and read their public statistics.

Vensofts's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube API Services; by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google security settings.

We never sell platform data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. Post text may be written with the help of an AI model (Anthropic Claude) using your product's public information only.

Who we share data with

Only the services needed to run Vensofts: the social platforms you connect (to publish), Anthropic (to write post text from public product information), Stripe (payments), and our email provider (sign-in and reset emails).

How long we keep it

Until you disconnect an account or delete your Vensofts account. Disconnecting removes that account's tokens immediately. Deleting your account removes everything, including generated media, within 30 days from backups.
